Refund policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags within fourteen (14) days of purchase for store credit in the form of a The Palm Social Collection gift card only. We do not issue refunds, exchanges or cancel orders. 

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or a refund of any kind. Final Sale items include the following: 

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Bodysuits
  • Hats
  • Hair Accessories
  • Jewelry 
  • Items marked down by 30% or more 
  • Gift Cards 

Shoes MUST be returned in their original shoebox plus an additional box to protect the shoebox packaging. 

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact hello@thepalmsocialcollection.com. You will be sent a packing slip and address for return, using the shipping carrier of your choosing. The cost of shipping, taxes, and any discount used will be deducted from you’re the Palm Social Collection store credit.

 

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME

You should receive your The Palm Social Collection store credit within five (5) days after we process your return (processing time starts once your item arrives back to our address). You will be notified via email when your return has been processed and the store credit via Palm Social Collection store credit has been issued. 

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTI

If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us by email at hello@thepalmsocialcollection.com within three (3) days of arrival of the item(s), and you must include photos of the damaged or defective items. Our top priority is happy customers. We will proceed with rectifying this situation, if it arises, as we see fit, on a case-by-case basis. 

The Palm Social Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows us that the package has been delivered. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.

 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

Refused or undeliverable items are subject to return shipping costs and vary by carrier. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping costs and shipping costs associated with redelivery of the items. 

At this time we do not offer order cancellations.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

The Palm Social Collection reserves the right to refuse returns and ship items back to you if you fail to meet the requirements of this Return Policy. In this instance, you will be charged an additional shipping fees.

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to us immediately at hello@thepalmsocialcollection.com as we are happy to help! 

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or price adjustments.
