Shipping policy

USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer standard USPS shipping to the United States at a flat rate of $8.

We do offer free shipping on orders that are over $100 within the United States.

Currently, The Palm Social Collection does not ship internationally.

Standard shipping orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after noon (CST) Friday will be processed and shipped Monday. 

The Palm Social Collection is NOT responsible for the following:

• Delays with USPS. We will not cover or refund any additional shipping charges from USPS if failed to meet their guarantee shipping times.
• Products are lost or damaged in the mail. USPS will be responsible once we ship the package. Once the package is marked delivered by USPS, you will need to contact whichever carrier was responsible for your package to obtain information. Once the package has left our office we are no longer held responsible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

• It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure all information is correct before submitting your order.
• We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to the incorrect or undeliverable address.
